Smythson Product Guarantee and Repairs

All Smythson products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship for one year from the date of purchase (this does not affect your statutory rights).

In the unlikely event that your Smythson piece does not meet our exacting standards, we will do our utmost to put matters right.

If a manufacturing fault appears within twelve months of purchase, please return the item to us along with proof of purchase. Where possible, we will repair the item; if a repair is not possible, we will replace it for you.

For any damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, or issues outside the guarantee period, our sales consultants will be pleased to provide you with a repair quotation, where possible.

Please note that repairs may take up to twelve weeks to complete.
